Wellbeing
At our school, student wellbeing and learning go hand in hand. We want every student to feel safe, included and ready to learn. Whether your child needs help with their mental, emotional, social or physical wellbeing, we are here to help them thrive at school and in daily life.
How we support student wellbeing
At our school, we help every student feel happy, safe, and healthy all the time.
We do this by:
- Teachers who make sure students feel wanted and included
- Having school helpers like counsellors and special staff to support students
- Running programs that help with health, making friends, coming to school, and good behaviour
- Helping students who are new or moving to a different year
- Having clear rules about behaviour and being kind to others
- Staff who know each student and work with their families
- Making health plans for students who need them
- Talking openly about how to feel good and get help

Supporting each student’s mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing is part of everyday school life.
Counsellors
In 2026, our school will have two school counsellors. Ms. Nicole Lyndon on Monday and Tuesdays and Ms. Samatha Cooper on Wednesday and Friday.
